missingWrote a review on Dec 15nicer staffpoor communication
The staff was very unfriendly did not try to
accommodate English speaking travelers. The hotel was aware of our wedding party attendance but did not provide proper support. The shuttle service they claimed was free wasn't communicated well. Overall, management needs to improve their communication and guest services.

The live music really made dinner special. The spa center and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just a heads-up that getting around the property can be a bit tricky with limited accessibility, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌞

You can’t go wrong with their homemade pizza—totally a game changer! The stunning view from our bedroom was also a highlight, making every moment feel like a dream.
The food was just ok. a bit underwhelming for the price. Plus, the loud atmosphere during dinner didn't match the relaxing vibes.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for activities like paragliding and yoga. We loved the beautiful pools and gardens. The staff was super friendly and the vibes were incredible. Great for group experiences and celebrations!
We found some aging issues in our room, including a broken lamp. It didn’t take away from our fun, but it's something to be aware of.

Beautiful gardens for relaxation.
I was disappointed by the loud noise levels. The check-in staff lacked proper experience, which set a negative tone for our stay. Additionally, the pool area was not well maintained, with debris making it unusable, which was frustrating for our family. It felt like the hotel overlooked some essential aspects of guest comfort and satisfaction.

The serene environment, beautifully designed in Asian style, offers a peaceful retreat overlooking Valle del Bravo lake. The food is a highlight, with a diverse menu featuring both traditional Mexican and Asian dishes. The staff provided efficient service, especially in accommodating our meeting needs. The private pool in our suite added an extra touch of luxury to the stay.
Noise from nearby rooms was noticeable.
