Romantic hotel overall, is has great service and stunning location in the relaxation area. I loved the staff, they are superbly friendly and polite. The room is luxurious and there are exceptional views to the lake. Everything is great, I recommend the property.

El Santuario Resort & Spa is conveniently located for both adults and children. The junior suite offers nice amenities such as a personal safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and even a comfortable couch bed. Additionally, its proximity to Presa Valle de Bravo adds to the overall appeal. During our stay, we had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant NaHa multiple times. We are definitely looking forward to returning for a weekend getaway.

I stayed at a hotel in a real sanctuary, right next to the lake. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains, providing a breathtaking view. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
